I engineer, produce, songwrite, and help run a Small Studio. While I'm at the studio, I blog to keep from losing my Mind. This is the product of that.
I'm a HUGE nerd. Don't hold that against me. I secretly use my studio and label earnings to feed my addiction for Video Games, Comics, and your basic Geekdom. I don't need the earning to feed my addiction to Music; It's my Job. I do love all Genres, though, as well as work on ANY Genre.

Matt Powell Music - Slit the Night
I stumbled upon this guy Matt Powell yesterday. I saw he left a comment on the Fleet Foxes’ MySpace while I was looking at their tour dates. Being the inquisitive guy I am, clicked on his profile all because he commented “…I try and write so much stuff like you…” He’s only 17 and from Brisbane, Australia. He has two other songs on his MySpace that I think you should also give a listen to.
I wish I knew how to contact him without creating a MySpace profile, so I could give him some props. If you have a MySpace profile please go friend him up then leave a comment for me that I blogged about him. Maybe I’ll create a Myspace profile so I can bookmark all of these artist stumble upon.
Damn. Must remember to file this under “People who make me feel unaccomplised as a fucking artist”. Fucking brilliant.
